Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with analytical insights
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis for e-commerce operations
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in e-commerce or retail finance preferred
