Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis for F&B cost centers
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Coordinate internal audits and financial reconciliations across departments
- Support procurement processes by reviewing vendor contracts and payment terms
- Assist in developing financial controls to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
