You will play a vital part in the day-to-day financial management, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general bookkeeping. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Process and verify invoices from suppliers and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for all logistics transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and operational reports.
- Assist in the documentation and processing of import and export billing.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments with clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- Experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Import/Export industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN and PPh.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
