We are looking for a proactive professional who not only understands the intricacies of accounting but can also effectively communicate financial information in Mandarin. Your day-to-day will involve managing general ledger accounts, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting records and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and government reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.
- Communicate financial information and reports in Mandarin to internal teams or external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) – Essential requirement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Excel).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
