Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, transactions, and reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking international partners on financial matters
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation processes
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate tax filing and regulatory compliance
- Support audit processes and documentation preparation
- Liaise between Indonesian and Chinese operational teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Native or fluent Mandarin (written/spoken) and English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proven track record of financial accuracy and deadline management
