Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger (GL) accurately.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, project reports, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the budget preparation and monitoring of project financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations (PPh/PNJ).
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and financial forecasting.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
