Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Analyze cash flow patterns and implement strategies to improve liquidity and working capital
- Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management, training, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate annual budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions during reviews and negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory accounting role
- Proven expertise in cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership experience with team management and development capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
