We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (PPN, PPh, Corporate Tax) and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and train accounting staff to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and improve overall business efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, Ak.) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and accounting standards (PSAK, IFRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
