Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage all corporate tax obligations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of PPh 21/23/26, PPN, and annual corporate tax returns.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team, including task delegation and performance management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and current Indonesian taxation regulations (Brevet A & B preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is an advantage.
