Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Manage cash flow operations, including accounts payable/receivable and treasury functions
- Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in logistics/transportation industry preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
