PT Meyer Proteindo Prakarsa is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team. Based in the strategic areas of Cipondoh and Alam Sutera, Tangerang, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our business units.
In this role, you will lead the accounting team in managing daily financial operations, overseeing tax compliance, and providing management with accurate financial reporting. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement in our financial processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial data processing.
- Oversee daily general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage tax reporting obligations (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Monitor cash flow, budget tracking, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian PSAK standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively across different departments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be stationed in or commute to Cipondoh and Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
