Join Jumbo Power International as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor and lead critical financial operations in Jakarta's dynamic energy sector. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to oversee accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial excellence. You'll manage the full accounting lifecycle, from transaction processing to financial reporting, while optimizing processes for accuracy and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Lead and develop the accounting team through training, performance evaluation, and process optimization
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems
- Support annual budget preparation and monitor financial performance against targets
- Manage tax compliance filings and ensure adherence to evolving financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and mentoring experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
