Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring all journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals are documented appropriately.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and financial commentary for management to support decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage tax reporting and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, VAT, and corporate tax filings.
- Monitor and control company budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial discipline.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and financial transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a strong plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably within a large-scale manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in integrated ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
