Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? PT. NEW ARRIVAL LOGISTIC INDONESIA is seeking a dedicated Finance Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our day-to-day financial operations and leading a small team of accounting professionals. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who can ensure the accuracy of our financial records while leveraging modern accounting systems like Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or Odoo.
As a Finance Accounting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic insights to support our logistics business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a small team of junior accountants to ensure high-quality output and professional development.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and perform internal financial audits.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitoring variances and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or Odoo.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
