Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Analyze and optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and working capital efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Supervise and develop accounting staff through performance management and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven experience in cash flow management and financial reporting
- Leadership capabilities with team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
