We are seeking a dynamic Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead our financial operations in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all finance, accounting, and tax activities to ensure full compliance with company policies and Indonesian regulations. You'll manage payment processing workflows, conduct financial audits, and drive strategic financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to guide the finance team while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily finance and accounting operations to ensure regulatory compliance
- Review and authorize payment transactions to prevent financial discrepancies
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage tax compliance including filing and audit preparations
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop finance team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
