Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Monitor and forecast corporate cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and intercompany transactions with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless financial audits.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN) and e-Faktur.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a finance team.
