Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Supervise and develop finance team members through coaching and performance management
- Coordinate external audits and implement process improvements
- Monitor cash flow and working capital optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience
- Professional certification (AK, CA) preferred
