Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Manage and optimize company cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management and stakeholders
- Supervise finance team members, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in cash flow management and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
