Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies in alignment with Indonesian regulations
- Lead and develop the finance team through performance management, training, and workflow optimization
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Utilize Accurate software for efficient financial data management and reporting
- Coordinate with department heads to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Accurate accounting software and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of PSAK standards and Indonesian tax regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
