Alam Sutera Realty is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management and supervision of all aspects of the company's finances. As the Finance Accounting Supervisor, you will act as a key partner to senior management, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making. You will oversee the daily accounting operations, ensuring that all financial activities are recorded accurately and in compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK). The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for numbers and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity within the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire accounting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage and supervise the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full compliance with tax laws and audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and treasury activities to optimize working capital and minimize financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi is required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (PPN/PPh).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex financial problems.
