As a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, guiding them through complex financial tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely reporting. You will play an integral role in shaping our financial processes, analyzing fiscal data, and providing actionable insights that support the company's growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the daily operations of the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable cycles.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant tax laws, financial regulations, and internal company policies.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal reviews to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to support budget planning, forecasting, and expense management.
- Improve existing accounting workflows and implement internal controls to optimize financial data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in financial accounting, preferably in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable reports.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of training and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
