Andalas Mitra Global is looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily accounting operations and ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial reports.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and monitor the annual operating budget, analyzing variances and recommending cost-saving measures.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Prepare and present financial statements to senior management and external auditors as required.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Review and improve accounting policies and procedures to align with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
