Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead financial reporting processes including monthly/quarterly statements, budgets, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPnBM) and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Manage and develop accounting staff through training, performance reviews, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop financial controls and procedures to minimize risk and ensure operational efficiency
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and cost management initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry highly valued
