Join PT Suryamas Megah Steel, a leading steel manufacturing company in Indonesia, as a Finance Accounting Supervisor. You'll lead a team in managing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Lead and develop the accounting team through training and performance management
- Coordinate annual budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Implement and maintain financial controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
