Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Handle tax compliance activities including VAT, PPh, and annual tax returns preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Execute administrative duties including document management and office coordination
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements accurately and timely
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Support audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
