Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax division, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company goals
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of leading finance teams and implementing financial transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
