Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including financial reporting, cost control, and budget management
- Oversee cash flow optimization and financial statement preparation
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and manage tax-related matters
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Manage and mentor the finance team to drive performance and development
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams in multinational environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
