Greenly Lifestyle Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance / Tax Supervisor to lead our Finance, Accounting, and Tax department. This is a strategic managerial role focused on the F&B division, where you will oversee the financial health of the business and ensure strict compliance with local regulations.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing external audits (FAT), supervising a team of finance professionals, and driving process improvements. You will play a pivotal role in the monthly closing process, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making to support the company's continued growth in the lifestyle and hospitality sectors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Finance and Tax function for the F&B division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage External Audit (FAT) coordination, including preparing audit schedules, documentation, and liaison with external auditors.
- Supervise a team of accountants, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to accounting policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Tax regulations (PPh, PPn) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Oversee the monthly and annual closing procedures, including reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review and strategic planning.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior managerial role.
- Strong experience in External Audit (FAT) specifically within the F&B or Retail industry is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (PPh 21, UU HPP) and corporate accounting practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
