Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, VAT) and prepare timely tax filings
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inspections
- Prepare budget forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi/Kekayaan Negara)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting with tax specialization
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH 21, PPN, PPh Pasal 23/26)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik, or Tax Consultant) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred
