We are seeking a meticulous Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Staff to join our dynamic team at Pengiklan Anonim. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with proactive problem-solving abilities to streamline our accounting operations.
You will play a crucial role in preparing monthly financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable cycles, and coordinating tax filings with authorities. This position requires someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments and can leverage Excel's advanced features to automate financial processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and automation tools
- Assist in internal audits and financial compliance reviews
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB)
- Minimum 2 years in accounting/taxation roles
- Certification in Brevet A/B or Taxation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
