Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, including PPh, PPN, and other applicable taxes
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledger accounts, and other financial records
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and provide insights for business decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and processes are in place
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification such as Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus
