Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax departments with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize company obligations
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Supervise budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance department capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for financial documentation
