Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Manage tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable financial insights to senior management.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure the reliability of financial data.
- Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/PSAK.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, promoting professional growth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support strategic initiatives and financial planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, Brevet) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Proven integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in building and developing teams.
