Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the finance and accounting team in daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws, including PPh 21, PPN, and corporate tax obligations to minimize financial risk.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS or GAAP standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, while providing variance analysis and forecasting support to senior management.
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor a diverse team.
