Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closing
- Develop and implement tax strategies ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Lead preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Optimize financial systems and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Supervise accounting team, fostering professional development and performance excellence
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in finance/accounting with 3+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (tax laws, reporting requirements)
- Proven experience in retail/FMCG industry with exposure to beverage sector
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication skills
