Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger maintenance
- Develop and implement tax strategies ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to financial policies
- Mentor and develop the finance team through training and performance management
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience with tax specialization
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial regulations
- Proven experience managing finance teams in industrial/mining sector
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
