Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all finance, accounting, and tax operations for the organization
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and optimize tax planning strategies
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Manage financial risk mitigation strategies and compliance frameworks
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
