Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee tax compliance, planning, and reporting to optimize tax obligations
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching and performance management
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Collaborate with management to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven experience leading accounting teams and developing talent
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
