Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct end-to-end tax compliance processes (PPN, PPh, etc.) ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting department to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and monitor robust budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team dynamics and cross-departmental relationships.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
