Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire finance, accounting, and taxation functions of the organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Manage all tax compliance matters, including VAT, WHT, and Corporate Income Tax, ensuring alignment with local Indonesian tax laws.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable financial forecasts.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline financial workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional ethics.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
