Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all accounting operations for the foundation, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns, and ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and board members, providing insights into financial performance
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and tax management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Experience with foundation or non-profit financial management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
