Join Nayue Cosmetics Indonesia as a Finance Accounting Tax Manager and lead our financial operations in the dynamic cosmetics industry. This pivotal role requires a Mandarin-speaking professional to oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). You will ensure financial compliance, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to drive business growth in our Jakarta-based operations.
As a key member of our finance team, you'll manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls while mentoring staff. Your expertise will directly impact our financial health and operational efficiency in Indonesia's competitive market. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Lead accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely settlements and optimal working capital
- Manage tax compliance, planning, and reporting in accordance with Indonesian regulations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic decisions
- Supervise finance staff and provide mentorship for professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Leadership experience with track record of managing finance teams
