We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Accounting Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Tangerang, Banten. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing complex tax compliance requirements. As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication with international stakeholders and internal teams, bridging cultural and linguistic gaps. Your day-to-day activities will include managing petty cash, processing e-invoicing and e-payment slips, and performing rigorous bank reconciliations. Furthermore, you will lead the preparation of comprehensive tax reports, specifically covering PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, and UMKM tax filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including petty cash management and e-invoicing processes.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate financial records and cash flow.
- Lead comprehensive tax reporting tasks, specifically PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, and UMKM tax filings.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review and audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Tax Accounting and Financial Management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax codes, including PPh 21, 23, 26, and UMKM regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
