Are you an experienced finance professional fluent in Mandarin seeking a strategic leadership role? Elitez Group is currently looking for a Finance Accounting Tax Manager to oversee our financial operations and drive growth. In this key position, you will be responsible for leading all finance, accounting, and taxation functions, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations while optimizing the company's financial performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full cycle of finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT).
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or tax, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is essential for this role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian financial software).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
