Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and other local regulations, including tax planning and filing.
- Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports for stakeholders and investors.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost accounting processes specific to the manufacturing sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit processes and regulatory adherence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK/SAP).
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
