Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and compliance for both local and international regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners to facilitate smooth financial transactions and resolve accounting inquiries.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and records are in order.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN) and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
