We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Accounting Tax Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will support the finance and accounting department with essential tax compliance, financial reporting, and general accounting duties. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate financial data management and will be responsible for assisting with various accounting functions. The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is crucial for this position, as you will interact with stakeholders and handle specific documentation related to Mandarin-speaking clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Support tax compliance activities, including PPh and PPN filing and reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors or clients regarding financial inquiries and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and analysis of financial data.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized, filed correctly, and compliant with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of professional experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
