Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review and external reporting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing timely tax returns for various tax types
- Conduct regular financial audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing variance analysis to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data aligns with operational activities
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws to ensure organizational compliance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is preferred
