Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation and analysis of comprehensive financial management reports for executive decision-making
- Oversee corporate accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
- Design and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for operational and financial insights
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and optimize tax planning strategies
- Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor and develop finance team members through performance management and skill development programs
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate financial strategies with business operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, corporate accounting, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience developing budgeting systems and MIS reports for decision support
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional collaboration
